Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointments are in high demand, I kindly ask that you respect the cancellation and rescheduling policy below. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. * 48+ hours’ notice: You may cancel your appointment with no cancellation fee. * Less than 48 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged. * No-show appointments: A 100% fee of the scheduled appointment will be charged. Rescheduling Policy There is no fee to reschedule your appointment as long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule within the 48-hour window, please understand that I may not have enough time to fill your original appointment slot. I kindly ask that you plan accordingly and provide as much notice as possible so I have the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client. Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may require a deposit or additional booking restrictions for future appointments.
